Delete your Wrist Trainer account
Start in the App
- Open Wrist Trainer and tap Account.
- On the Account page, tap Settings in the top-right corner.
- In Settings, tap Delete account.
Request deletion by email if you cannot open the App
Send an email from the Google address used to sign in, with “Delete my Wrist Trainer account” in the subject. We will verify account ownership through the same address, complete the deletion after verification, and confirm by email.

We will not ask you for a Google password, verification code, ID token, session token, bank-card information, or a complete order receipt.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the app account, Google sign-in identity mapping, all sign-in sessions, membership verification cache, and associated webhook events from Wrist D1. Deletion is permanent; it is not a pause or freeze.
Training records stored on the device are not deleted remotely. You can delete them from the Records page or clear the App’s data in the system settings. Google Play, Google, or RevenueCat may retain transaction and security records under their service rules or legal obligations; deleting the App account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
